Pasquale's Pizza Company is a family-owned, New York–style pizzeria at 16660 Sheridan Street, just east of 172nd Avenue and across from Pines Charter High School. The kitchen is known for hand-stretched round pies — plain cheese, pepperoni, ham and pineapple, and a Margherita finished with generous dollops of fresh mozzarella, chopped basil, dried herbs and olive oil — alongside Sicilian pizza slices for a quick, no-fuss slice run. The menu goes deep into Italian-American comfort food: standard and deep-fried calzone, stromboli, spaghetti with meatballs and chicken parmesan subs.
