SilverSneakers®

SilverSneakers® is a fitness program designed primarily for older adults. It is available at no additional cost to members of participating Medicare Advantage and select Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans. Eligibility depends on your specific health plan. The program provides access to participating fitness locations, instructor-led group classes, and online workouts.

Who is eligible?

  • Living in the United States
  • Enrolled in a participating Medicare Advantage (Part C) or Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plan that includes SilverSneakers

Important: Original Medicare (Part A and Part B) alone generally does not cover gym memberships or fitness programs. Fitness benefits may be available through some Medicare Advantage plans, other Medicare health plans, or Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans. Check your specific plan for current benefits and SilverSneakers eligibility.
